Important Note: As the role requires frequent presence in the office (4 days per week), we encourage candidates with a commute of less than 45 minutes to apply, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Function

As our Account Manager, you will focus on delivering excellent client service and managing existing accounts rather than prospecting. Your role will be to maintain strong relationships with our clients and ensure smooth operations. Most client interactions will take place via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams, with occasional in-person visits. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Handling client inquiries and providing exceptional support.
  • Coordinating logistics and managing stock to meet client needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

This role allows you to make a direct impact by helping us maintain strong relationships with our clients, contributing to the company's overall success without the need for constant prospecting.

Profile

The ideal candidate is a proactive and enthusiastic individual who:

  • Holds a higher education degree in Commercial Sciences, Economics, or has equivalent technical-commercial experience.
  • Is fluent in French and English, with a reasonably good knowledge of German.
  • Has experience in the industrial sector (a big plus!).
  • Is organized, motivated, and sociable.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and values open communication.
  • Is comfortable managing multiple priorities and working under pressure.
