Function
- Coordinate transportation via trucks, trains, barges, and containers.
- Negotiate transport prices to secure the best deals.
- Provide essential support to our commercial team, driving our growth.
- Maintain critical contacts with clients, suppliers, and transporters.
- Manage order processing and stock levels.
- Verify transport, customs, and insurance documents.
- Ensure the accuracy of purchase and transport invoices.
- Perform vital secretarial tasks with precision.

Profile
We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who:
- Thrives in a hands-on operational role.
- Is fluent in French, English, with a reasonably good knowledge of German; additional languages are a plus.
- Is proficient in Windows tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Can manage multiple priorities and maintain organization under pressure.
- Is a team player with strong collaboration and open communication skills.
